Water Lillies


Water Lillies was completed in 1914 by French impressionist painter Claude Monet as a part of his Water Lilly series.

    Amazing reflections. We have one of his water lily paintings at a museum here in the city; I used to think it was THE water lily painting. :)

    he DID make a lot of those paintings, didn't he? And I agree, the reflections are wonderful! I also like how he uses a lot of very bright colors all together on the lilies...
